I wanted to take the opportunity to extend a sincere thanks to you, Doug, and all the gang at the store for making my first time in to be such an easy and pleasant one!
As you were well aware, my experience at two different office furniture stores was awful prior to being referred to your store from a business partner. From the start, not only were you committed to finding me just the right furniture, but you were committed to providing a comprehensive solution to my problem…time. Being a fairly new business, my available time is incredibly limited, and you were a huge help.
After our initial consultation, you asked to completely take this off my plate and handle it in its entirety. You picked just the right components over the course of a week or so based on our initial conversation, staged them in the space and orientation of my office, took pics and sent them to me for my approval. After only a round or two via text the setup was perfect and just what I was seeking, attractively priced and ready for delivery. We did the transaction over the phone, Rigo (fantastic guy, by the way!) delivered and set up my terrific new office furniture for a very reasonable fee. I never even had to set foot back in the store after the initial visit. Now that’s service.
